At Nichols, we believe that one of our most important responsibilities as a funeral director is the care, respect and presentation of the body of your loved one. Our embalming team are highly experienced in presenting the body to the highest possible standard with a high level of care throughout.   

Sanitation and preservation of the body are achieved through embalming. An injection of a treated solution into the circulatory system helps to achieve a more natural appearance of your loved one.

Once the body is embalmed, depending on your preference, the deceased can repose in a hospital, nursing home, in one of our funeral homes or in a family home.
